We have rarely received a returned product but in the case that you need to return your product, you can do so within 30 days of the ship date. Before shipping your product back, please contact us about the return via our contact page (below) or by email (email@example.com Subject: Return of [Order #____])
Once we’ve had a chance to review the return request, we will give you the return address and further instructions. Customer is then responsible for shipping the product back to us in the same condition that it left our warehouse and with all necessary pieces so please package accordingly.
Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the product for damages. Once the product is accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We love to avoid returns if necessary so let's get it right the first time. If you have any questions about which rack is right for you, please send us an email through our contact form and we will answer ASAP (which is generally immediately since our phones are, unfortunately, glued to our hands).
(Grassracks will only accept returns for purchases made through our site www.grassracks.com. If you need to return a product purchased through a different vendor, please contact that vendor for information about their terms and return policies.)
